Before you send anything
Contact us first with a short description of the fault and your city, so we can confirm we can help and give you packing guidance for your specific item. Remove the memory card and, where practical, the battery. Note down your equipment's serial number for your own records.
Take a couple of photos of the item before packing — a simple record of its condition before it travels.
Packing it safely
Use a sturdy box with room for cushioning on all sides. Wrap the camera, lens or drone in bubble wrap, and fill gaps so nothing shifts in transit. For drones, secure or remove the propellers and immobilise the gimbal as advised. Seal the box well and label it clearly.
Send it with an insured, trackable courier and declare the value. We recommend insuring the parcel both ways — to us and on the return.
What happens next
When your equipment arrives we inspect it, diagnose the fault, and share a written estimate for your approval. Nothing is repaired without your go-ahead. Once repaired and bench-tested, we return it to you by insured courier.
